Refund Policy
Lone Eagle adheres to the following refund policy:
Deposit
A deposit of $2500 is required to secure a class date and is non-refundable once your Computer Based Training has been started. The balance owed is payable by check or credit card before the first day of class. Upon receipt of your deposit and the completed application form, we will activate your Computer Based Training and Remote Learning logins immediately. Credit for unused classes, passwords and other services remains valid for 12 months from the date of a signed agreement.
• Proficiency Checks (PC) require full payment before your class date is scheduled.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Students agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NewAir, Inc. and its subsidiary Lone Eagle Aviation and vendor companies (“Company”), its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against all claims, liability, loss or expense (including legal fees, court costs and other costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with this agreement and including, but not limited to, claims or licensee, its employees or trainees or claims of any other party arising out of injury to or death of any person or damage to or destruction of the property of any person or entity, including property of Company). Students understand that it may become necessary to interrupt training for reasons beyond anyone's control. In such event, the student can elect to either reschedule or receive a refund on that portion of training not yet received. Students also understand and agree that neither this contract, nor any other verbal or written statement guarantees the passing of oral, simulator or aircraft flight checks or employment with any air carrier. Students must read and agree to this cancellation policy and course costs set forth by Company and agree to pay all costs overages (if any) from the listed course price.
